This page provides information about the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers when purchasing digital services or subscriptions through LeonLab.ai.
If you are a consumer within the meaning of applicable law and conclude a contract with LeonLab online, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
A consumer is generally a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
This right of withdrawal does not usually apply to business customers, companies, agencies, freelancers or other professional users acting in the course of their business activity.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the withdrawn contract, including delivery costs if applicable, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.
LeonLab provides digital services and SaaS functions. If you request that we begin providing the service during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay a reasonable amount for the services already provided up to the time you inform us of your withdrawal, where legally permitted.
If the service has been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and you have expressly requested the early start of performance and acknowledged the possible loss of your right of withdrawal, your right of withdrawal may expire earlier where legally permitted.
For monthly subscriptions, the right of withdrawal generally applies at the beginning of the contract if the user is a consumer. The automatic monthly renewal of a subscription does not usually create a new right of withdrawal for each renewal period, provided that the user was clearly informed about the subscription terms and recurring costs.
Users can cancel their subscription according to the cancellation options provided in the platform or in the applicable Terms and Conditions.
